1990 MAZDA MPV Rims on MSP

I have 15" Steelies off of a Galant (same bore center) and they clear the MSP calipers. Jack the car up and try mounting just a rim before you have the tires installed to be sure.

WTB: 5 lug Rear subframe or entire Parts Car, glovebox

From A sedan with 5-lug wheels and rear disc brakes. I need the complete rear subframe assembly, as complete as possible, with endlinks, hubs, brakes, everthing. If you have or know of a car and have the ability to get these parts, make a quick buck and send these my way. I know the shipping...

My 2000 Protege ES w/MSP swap and story

I learned to drive in my mom's 1992 BG sedan. It was a great car to my family, many memories and road trips, and when my mom finally replaced it in 2005 I took it over. I moved to AZ from MT and replaced the 13" 165 series wheels with 205/40/17 on cheezy alloys. It looked goofy without being...

    2002 Protege 5. PART OUT

To clarify, I'm after all 4 wheels and tires, not just a pair. Shipping is cheap if you put them in their own boxes. I already got the tail lights from somebody else. I got a shipping quote for the whole car and it's reasonable (~600) only if the car is running, whereas it's more like $2000...

    Unturbo stock MSP - practical?

I am going to be commuting quite a bit soon, and would like to get better mileage in my car. I find myself not using the turbo and trying to conserve gas without consciously trying anyway. My favorite thing about the car is the chassis and the handling, the steering feel. I can sell it and get...

    Tips for getting hotpipe off?

Cool, I got it on. Removed the j-pipe, return oil line from the turbo, heatshield, etc. Didn't have to mess with the manifold, thankfully. The ATP part cuts off at 9psi instead of 6, which is annoying, but I still have a vaccuum leak to find and that could be related.

    Tips for getting hotpipe off?

Sweet, thanks for the tips! Combo of driving around and hairdryer and it popped right off. Wish me luck on the rest of the WGA!

    Tips for getting hotpipe off?

I'm doing my WGA and can't get the OEM hotpipe off of the intercooler or the turbo. Would an oil filter wrench help?

So I'd still be missing the spindles, hubs, lateral links, e-brake and other junk, right?

WTB: 5 lug rear subframe+brakes, floormats, more

Oh, right. It's running lean, PO171. When I'm doing the WGA I'm going to try and look around for vacuum leaks while I'm at it. Right now I only get 18lb at idle. IAT is connected. Thanks for the tips yall
