    Check your vac lines, when I was testing on the dyno, the boost line to the stock BPV came loose and boost was at 0 psi on the entire run. So stock BPV is quite sensitive.

    sierra117- you can try to change how your Synchronic BOV sounds by running just 1 port on the back of the BOV instead of 2. Are you running the boost-only port on the side? How much boost are you running?
