It may very well rub!! I have the exact same set up, Rota P1 18x8 wheels (offset 48mm) + the Eibach Pro Kit with 225/45-18 Sumitomo HTR III's and I get a rub in the rear fender lips with weight in the car or when cornering hard (which happens all the time when you drive like a jackass).
