    remove black trim ring on radio/slide butter knives in on each side of head unit and pull the unit out/there is no need to remove the hole panel

    remove the black trim ring around the radio and slide your "tool" or butter knife on each side of the radio and pull the radio out,you may have to pull it with some pliers.if you need more access to run your wiring the pocket has clips on each side that can be pushed in from underneath the dash...

    I thought it was the spade and squeezed it tight but that wasnt the case.it was the wire form the voice coil,thats what had to be soldered

    my sub went out and i hit it and it came back on for a minute then never came back on.I took it out of the enclosure and had to resolder the connections on the speaker itself.its been working fine since.
