I have the forged mazdaspeed rims, but don't have any pictures handy. they are sweet (were thrown in w/ the purchase of my car). I want to powdercoat them black, but don't have the original rims for the spare : (

So I went and scanned it again and not only did I have p0421, I also had p0037 and p0038 which are rear 02 sensore reading low/high respectively.... Who knows now, I'd think that if the highflow cat wasn't working then it would read high not low. Could a cat failure cause both of these codes...

Yah I've installed all of the parts myself. I can get the code to go away for a few weeks then it'll pop back up. I just read another thread about it and they cleaned the rear 02 sensor and solved the problem so I may just try that. As for hearing the exhaust leak, I'm not sure exactly what...
