I used to get 515 or so, now I get 415. That's 17.7 miles per gallon compared to the advertised 25 mpg. Something's wrong, need help.

I did some math today, my car should be getting 25 mpg/40 km/gallon. I'm getting 415 km per completely filled tank which I believe is 257.8 miles per tank. (17.7 miles / gallon). Help.
