For me the weather conditions don't matter. It does it under when accelerating at more then 1/4 throttle.

Yeah. I don't think it's bad gas. Do you know if there in a flap in the the intake manifold that opens at a certain rpm?

When I am at more then 1/4 throttle when accelerating and around 3500rpm my car feels like it hits a brick wall. It is a very violent hesitation! Has anyone else had the same issue and what could be causing it? The car has already had the factory reflash.

I just saw this post and laughed to myself. I have a laser blue msp and just bought a 93 miata with hard top for 750 bucks. car needs a rad, front fenders, and that's about it. With luck you can have both.

why don't you take the cash if they total it and by the car back. a buddy did that and swap parts onto another car or you can buy the parts you need. This or coarse all depends on how much they give you, it may be more than you would think.
