yes its helped alil but not much right now im in the works of putting in the turbo upgrade the project is going slow due to me being really busy plus im fabing everything myslef next project is going to be converting the trasmisson to the mazda speed 6 tranny but im haveing a hard time find one...

I installed the Turbo xs manual boostcontroller when i put in the boost gauge and there is deffently a differance but i dont dare turn the boost up to high i'm running with the front mount roughly 21psi.

I tryed the t-bolt clamsp and it did the same thing i have the Couplers on order anyway it can't hurt trying ya know. the main thing I'm working on is finding a tuneing shop that will help me tune my cx-7 so that i can get max performace out of it with out going to the internal mod stage after...
