i need some help, i have a 03 msp with a ractive 3" system on it. it won't pass smog because it dosn't have a cat, it's a solid pipe all the way back, i need to find a system with a cat that that will pass CA obd2 crap. i dont have any flanges welded on where the cat should be, so i dont know...

i had the same problem, i just changed my plugs and that fixed it.

the filter is clean, and im going to recheck all the vac lines and change the plugs today. when i cleaned the egr i just used carb cleaner, is that strong enough? the valve moved up and down realy easy.

i'm having problems with my 03 msp, it runs vary rich all the time, it used a 1/2 tank of gas in 75 miles. it also smokes realy bad when cold and under hard exel. it idles rough and the rpm's jump from 250-1000. the car is running 8 psi of boost with a gready manual controler, it also has a 3"...
