Mine also sounds nothing like Yelo's. It's not near that loud, and it's more of a pronounced tick, like you can hear each revolution of the engine.

Mine Seems to be similar to Moonman's, although I haven't heard it in a few days now. The noise is confined to the 2.7-3k range, once you go above that, it goes away. I'm thinking if it was a rod bearing, the noise would happen at almost any RPM. Has anyone else had this experience?

I'll check on it tonight when I get home from work, but it seems to sound more like a ticking, not necessarily metallic, just kind of a flat tick.

I tried greasing what I thought are the bushings, and the sound went away for a couple weeks, but it is back now. I found it kind of odd, that the "bushings" are just rubber pieces that the sway bar goes through. Does anyone know of an aftermarket solution that is better than this?

It took me and my dad like 2 hours to get mine off, just make sure you buy the filler pieces and fill the holes in your roof. I filled mine with silicone.
