WTB: Laser Blue Mica P5 rear bumper

This is probably a long shot, but I have a bit of damage to the rear bumper of my P5. So if anyone for some reason has a blue mica rear bumper that they want to get rid of, I'd be interested. Thanks.

what is 2002.5 and how do u know

Does someone have pic differences between the 2002.5 and a 2003? I have no subwoofer, and a standard roofrack. However, I am having third gear popout issues, and if it turns out I have a 2002.5, I can use the service bulletin deal to get them to fix it (they can't recreate the problem (boom07) )

    Blow Fuse Question

Sweet. I figured that is where it was, I just thought I would check with you guys before I start yanking out each fuse and checking if it was bad. Also, I know some cars have multiple fuse boxes, and I didn't want to pull out all the fuses in the kick panel if the proper fuse was located...

    Blow Fuse Question

Hey guys, I was changing my spark plugs, and of course I disconnected the battery first. Upon reconnecting the battery, the stereo, map lights, and dome lights don't work. I think that I blew a fuse somewhere. Has anyone else had this problem? Which fuses should I check first, and where is...

    fu--ing dog

Just wondering for all the people who are cursing the dog.... If a kid ran out into the street and you hit it, damaging the bumper, would you still have the same argument? I mean, the kid should know better and its parents should have taught it to stay out of the street, so if you hit it...

    Brake Fluid and Brake Pads

Sounds good. I will pick some pads up from autozone this weekend.

    30K mile maintenance

Thanks. I guess I will just do that then. I'll check the brakes again...maybe I have enough pad left to let them wait....

    Brake Fluid and Brake Pads

Yeah, I was going to mention the water compressing thing being BS...Since the overwhelming response seems to be to bleed the system, I guess I will.

    Brake Fluid and Brake Pads

I guess I will go with some ceramics, or the OEM pads then. I haven't decided what to do about the fluid, though I was under the impression that it only got changed every other pad change or something like that....

    All season tires

I am in wonderous New Haven. I am well aware of the crappy roads. Thankfully I can walk to work, so when the roads are particularly crappy, I just don't drive anywhere until they get better. I did search, and read several threads (that's how I found the Kumho ECSTA ASX). I was hoping to...

    30K mile maintenance

The tires are OK for dry pavement, but getting too low to for winter driving. The pads are also getting low, and I would rather spend the $20 on pads now rather than have to resurface my rotors later. I will check out changing the tranny fluid too. I finally will have some time off of work to...

    30K mile maintenance

Hey guys, I am coming up on 30K miles and am wondering what type of maintenance I should do. Here is what I am planning: 1. Replace spark plugs 2. Flush Radiator 3. Replace Battery 4. Replace Tires 5. Replace Front Brake pads Anything else? Thanks.

    Brake Fluid and Brake Pads

Hey guys, I am going to change the front pads and am looking for some pad suggestions. I am not looking for performance pads, just something that works and will last quite a while. Better than OEM would be great. Also, I read the how-to, and it seems like most other disc brake jobs, but how...

    All season tires

Yeah I found that thread, problem is, most of those are summer tires, and nobody really talks about using them in snow (they all have snow tires). Thanks for the link anyway!

    All season tires

How much am I looking at to get these guys mounted on my stock rims? Do you think the toyos are better than the Kumho ECSTA ASX that you can get from tire rack? They also seem to get pretty decent reviews. Are tires generally cheaper via the internet, or can I get a similar deal at a local...

    All season tires

Hey guys, I am looking for some new tires for my P5. I don't have winter tires, and don't plan to get them. I am just looking for something that will perform as well or better than the stock tires in rain, and light snow (roads in CT mostly). Any suggestions? Also how are the prices from...

    CDT HD5's VS. KICKER SS56.2's

You can make your kick pods infinite baffle (i.e. door mounting) if you so desire. Venting them through the carpet into the frame will yield a response similar to infinite baffle. You may want to try that no matter which set of speakers you choose. There is no substitute for actual in-car...

    CDT HD5's VS. KICKER SS56.2's

Personally I think you can't tell much at all about how a mid will perform when installed in a demo wall. At the level of speaker you are talking about, so much is based on the install that a demo wall really doesn't do either set any justice. The "boominess" you hear in male vocals is almost...

    Fiberglassing again!!

Those baffles are worthless in terms of making a sealed enclosure. Their only real function is protect the speakers from rain. Think about it, the walls of those "enclosures" will flex very easily and totally screw up the response of the speakers. If your speakers are designed for a sealed...
