JSpeed, do you happen to have a part number? I'm finding tie rod ends, but no inner tie rods specifically. I'm pretty sure i have the same thing; I'll be replacing the endlinks too just for good measure (I just put the AWR endlinks on the back)

If you don't have any work done down there, possibly just a loose heat shield? I had mine fixed before my car was 100 miles old, and I think it just came back again a couple weeks ago...good luck.

I threw inserts in both of mine last weekend and they feel great. the rear one is a b**** to get to, but I believe its worth it.
