I assume you're refering to the front calipers? Shouldn't need to turn the piston to get it back in. Take the cap off your brake fluid resevoir and use a big C clamp to push the piston back in by hand. If that doesn't work, its seized and you should just replace the caliper. Been there, done...

Update! Before taking it back to the dealer I also replaced the battery and cleaned out the throttle body which did have a fair amount of carbon build up. No luck, the damn thing would still sputter and die sporadically. Dealer had it for a week and was only able to reproduce it ONCE. Said...

I'm not sure if its weighted. But holding it, it feels too heavy to be solid aluminum. It also isn't the heaviest knob I've ever held. Thats what she said! (nana)
