Unless they completely added a wrong oil, very difficult these days, I highly doubt this is oil related. Ask them to run diagnostics on the vehicle. A change in timing advance (mandated by the ECU) can lead to different engine noise and performance issues.

I did not see the entire video but he removed the wheel so my best guess is that he calculated the top end dead point for each cylinder and that means the valves are fully closed, having said this the chance of debris and liquid falling inside the cylinder is minimal. Valves are completely shut.

My car spends so much time in heavy traffic that my intake system is probably the same or worse. Some days I won't even see 30kph for an hour or so.

Not only mechanically but the interiors too. Plain rude. I rent a lot from Hertz and each time I return the minivan free from garbage, full of fuel and fluids and a note to the service advisor if something must be fixed or checked before the next costumer.

It is a shame that rental cars get so little care and then they pretend to sell them under the impression that they get serviced regularly.
