Thinking about a different engine in my 07 CX7. I have an eighth digit = 3. Salvage yards are asking me if I have VIN 3 or VIN L and say a motor from a Mazda 3 or Mazda 6 will fit. I found an 07 Mazda 6 but it has VIN 8! Anyone know the differences between VINs 3 L & 8?
