Awesome build!!! Let me know how that header works out. I've had mine from spooled up racing in for about 6 months now and still cant get the check engine light to go out... I've tried just about every fix to get it to go out.

The "brackets" are just little tabs that are on the metal backing of the fog light if I remember correctly. The should fit just fine all you do is pop out the black insert and pop in the fog light. I know it seems like it might be unsecure but I had mine on there for about a year with no problems.
