I'm having the same problem... its from the ac and its soaked the heatshield underneath the car. Anyone know how I can fix it?? is it ac condensate that needs to drain?? if so, surely it should be draining elsewhere and not onto the heatshield.

Hi, I just downloaded and set up the mazda software to identify parts (EPC2); very useful for the DIY'er because it has nice picture representations! it is for the European market and left hand drive cars but as far as i can make out the part numbers are the same. the torrent is below...

just want to resurrect this thread... ive jacked mine up once and used the stock jack. I tried getting my 'normal' trolley jack to the 'x' where youre supposed to jack but the jack's not long enough or low enough to reach there.. dont want to fork out a fortune on a low profile long reach...

i know its an old thread... but i got my 2009 mazda 1.8 ts2 last week. jacked it up today and saw that the under tray is cracked in two places. The nuts near the cracks wouldn't come off (just keep on spinning). Obviously the 'mechanics' who previously serviced it just tried forcing the tray...
