    what kind of gas mileage does your p5 get?

    My last three tanks have been at 35.15 miles per gallon average. Almost all highway, I have a nice 40 mile commute to work at straight 55 mph. I think I could get near 40 mpg if I wasn't so lead footed on the few occasions I'm off the freeway.

    I believe he was just using bondo to turn the existing nose into a mold to cast a fiberglass or carbon fiber one without all the holes and fog light mounts.

    Hey guys, so I was replacing my rear motor mount the other day and while I had the intake hose and battery out of the way I thought I might as well do a long overdue cleaning on my EGR valve. I removed it without a problem and cleaned it, but now that it's back on my engine occasionally dips...

    There's a 2001 Protege sitting at the Salt Lake City Pick'n'Pull lot, don't know how much has been taken from the engine or whether it's damaged but might be worth giving them a call.

    Clunking noise coming from the front end.

    I'd second what Hon2bmw said. I was experiencing the same sort of clunking, and it wound up being my lower control arm. May be worth taking a look at your engine mounts too, they're easy enough to check, although they probably would sound like they were coming from somewhere other than the wheel...
