Update: Fixed it. Even though i did the updates just about a week ago, i plugged the card in, and tomtom home started to download GPS App software for headunit v. 10.8.yadayada. Once finished, plugged card in, turned car on, GPS started updating. 10 minutes later, restarted car - and it works...

wow.. mine is doing it too. i'm going to try fixing it tonight, hopefully will have some results to post. I did soft update check on card a few days ago, and nothing was found. system was working fine then though. Now its just "not there"

I betcha once they get more than 1, they'll drop the price again. You can also email them with the screen shot i posted and ask to lower the price to earlier level. Amazon is known to dynamically adjust prices to react to demand. Good luck. Check this out...
