    Sho's 7th Mazda!

Heads up if your wireless android auto stopped working today. My s25 ultra had a softwe update last night that turned on an Auto Blocker setting that prevents connection via anything other than USB. Had to go in and turn it off on my phone

    Sho's 7th Mazda!

Not a whole lot to update on other than surpassing 20k miles 2 weeks ago. Now that the snow has melted will likely do a new video for the YT channel soon with some thoughts now that I've had the vehicle a decent bit of time.

    2025 Mazda CX-70 or Telluride/Palisade?

Their headlights are aimed way too high. Our grand highlander was the same way. Got flashed everywhere at night until I manually aimed them down to correct spec lol That being said, we traded in the Grand highlander on a 2025 cx70 preferred. 20k miles so far and no issues. Fun to drive, good...

Does anyone in here have a JB4 that would be willing to share a WOT data log from map 1, 2 or custom mapping? I'm beginning to get the itch...but also want to see what this piggy back does or if I should just hold out for hope this i6 makes it to a different platform that sparks real tuning...

    Sho's 7th Mazda!

Got a hair over a foot of snow yesterday Went out this morning for some fun. Parking lot was a bit too deep as it was unplowed aside from a ring around the edge of the lot. Sport mode and TCS off had no problem holding a slide. Didn't get to mess around too much as I did get stuck once and...

    Headlight System Malfunction

There's a TSB for the headlight malfunction. They should just need to update the software. As far as the OFF position on the headlight/signal stalk. Thats normal on pretty much every newer mazda. Its spring loaded. They only want you to be able to turn the DRL off when completely stationary. If...

    Sho's 7th Mazda!

Heres the official doc for MSP66. Mazda will replace the battery if youre throwing a P0DAB code. Otherwise its a flash. To me, it seems like most of the battery issues arent actually battery issues and moreso software thats tripping DTC's even if within normal operating range. These updates...

    Sho's 7th Mazda!

Went in for service today and they did perform the MSP66 Update. Guess my car didn't require the TCM relearn. Have driven about 100 miles today running errands and such and left i-stop ON so far just to see if any difference. The handoff from engine off to back on at highway speeds is...

    Sho's 7th Mazda!

Some more info on MSP66. From my understanding if you bring in your car for service and it falls within the VIN ranges specified below, they'll replace the 48v hybrid battery if youre throwing a p0DAB code. If not throwing the code, they'll flash the PCM and TCM with an update.
