I've pulled the main relay and unplugged battery and problem seems to have gone away. Now when I turn the key you do not hear the fuel pump and the car will not turn over. Is this another relay issue or is this the alarm?

Anyone found a solution for this problem? Someone is supposed to come pick my car up tomorrow to purchase and it did some hard cranking due to the cold and than I noticed the temp is pegged on mine now. I check the engine fuse in the car and replaced still no good. It first did this a day or two...
