Where would you put the ballast for foglights? I got the yellow HID kit and I don't want the ballast getting weathered.

I have HID yellow fogs for my MZ3 S2.3, where do I put the ballast? I don't want the ballast to get weathered...

I got HID's on my MZ3 and was wondering what I can do to try and get the water out of the ballast? I have low hope that they are going to work again, so I am prepared to hear that I will need to buy new ballast. What can I do to prevent having water getting into the ballast in the future?

I got some shot struts. But I dont wanna replace them in the winter time, I will in the spring time. Is there something I can do or put on my car to make it drive better in the snow and ice? It gets super bad in the winter here. And what struts/shocks should I avoid, and which ones are good?
