It might not rub depending on how low your car is. But I'm not too sure. I did install 2mm spacers in back after changing the tires from 225s to 215s.

They hang a little lower but not by much. Maybe 1/2 an inch towards the back.

Here are a few more photos. It uses 4 mounting bolts but they are in different locations from the factory ones. and it will hit your antennae when the hatch is open. Thanks!

I did have to modify the rear fenders but the fronts do not rub with 205s. They did rub with the 225s.

I have those on my 5 Sport. They give you 4 self-tapping screws. That's about it. You'll want to go out and buy 3M mounting tape to install these.
