Nice! should make winter driving a whole lot easier and safer. Personally I have nothing but praise for the Toyo's for the past 3 winters we've endured, for an all season tire they have done great but nothing compares to winter tires. Enjoy!
Cannot go wrong with Llumar products, I have the metallic ATR line on a couple of vehicles but that CTX Ceramic is some great stuff but was too pricy so I decided to just go with metallic. No interference with anything, interior stays cool to the touch (unless sun is facing windshield)
I have my EZ-Pass directly behind the mirror (more towards passenger side between the wiper sensor and the mirror itself) hidden from view and behind the black dots. Can't really see it when you're looking at the windshield from outside and doesn't take away from viewing from inside.
Almost drove through a river myself the other day in Staten Island. Looks like the panel where the oil filter is located. Just take the panel off for the time being so it doesn't completely rip off. Is it the plastic push down clip that came off? shouldn't be hard to replace, they have them for...
35,000 miles and still at 5/32 here and went through a couple rough winters and multiple potholes. More than treadwear I was impressed with the resiliency of the tires in the horrible roads these tires had to endure. The Dunlop SP Sport that came with my 6 did not make it through one winter, two...
These Dunlop's have a lot of issues, at my local tire shop these Dunlop Sport's were all sitting on the side with bubbles in the sidewall. Would not be surprised if a class action lawsuit started against this. I made a claim with them but they said it was a pothole...of course.
Yeah but this dude is talking about replacing the OEM HID bulb for a cheapo knockoff bulb which probably will last a few months before burning out. You had the halogen and installed an HID kit correct? that's justifiable.
So a little update on these bulbs from idjmtoy or whatever that I hadpurchased on 11/2012, one went out in February and the other I noticed is out as of last week. So lasted around 2.5 years for me. Expected more life out of the LED to be honest. Looking to buy CREE replacements, any suggestions...
When I drilled the holes I remember there being a threadable plastic opening behind the bumper? I used a fine threaded bolt (the ones you would find behind your TV in the mounting holes) also got some one sticky sided thick insulation foam to make a soft barrier around the plates.
Speaking of titles think I should actually go out to a Motor Vehicle agency one of these years to get a new title without the bank lien on it :D hate going there unless absolutely necessary. Always packed on weekends.
As for trading in, I won't do it on second thought. I love my money too much...
Did the same with my '13, I am looking at the 16's and my trade in value is around $20-21K if I can pickup a '16 GT with Tech package for around $30K it will be good. I keep telling myself to go to the dealer and see, I know I'll be losing the monthly payments that I made up to the point that I...
Wow did they? I mean I got it when the CX-5 first came out and they weren't budging much so I worked about $500 off MSRP talking back in 2012 when they first rolled off the boats lol I would have left as well. Paying MSRP, after it's been out for a while is nuts.
You didn't happen to buy from Faulkner in PA like I did, did you? :) same thing with mine. I drilled two small holes in the indents. Hated doing it but no choice.
No problem, both are used for different occasions. Wife uses the CX-5 for the most part but I love how smooth the auto shifts and how it feels like you're gliding at speeds of 45mph and below. The CX-5 I consider to be the the best in it's class otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it. For a CUV...
Driving the 6 is much much more pleasant than driving the CX-5 :) totally different classes and if you really wanted an honest opinion there it is. 2013 CX-5 (30,000 miles) 2014 Mazda 6 (22,000 miles)
Long drive I'd prefer the 6 as well but had to take the CX-5 down to Florida last summer 2,500...
Dude your whining about the infotainment system has been taken to another level, just sell the damn car and be rid of it. If something bothered me so much I would have got rid of it right away.
Our 2013 CX-5 purchased in 2012 has been FLAWLESS! was a huge reason why I bought the 6. I'm sure...
They're both the same crap. I went to Wayne Mazda and then these guys before I eventually headed over to Trevose, PA to Faulkner Mazda where I ended up buying my CX-5 for significantly less in 2012. But my 2014 6 I bought from Open Road. At Open Road the finance manager tried to switch up the...
It is Mazda Moly as confirmed by the bottles as I'm the only one that hawks them down while they are doing the oil change. If I had a garage I would do it myself so I expect the same care from these guys.
