Forget about Mazda Remote Start which features an extra key fob with a BIG telescopic antenna, and MMS which seems to be dead. Go get an aftermarket remote start system such as Fortin EVO-ONE mentioned above, or iDatalink HC2352AC and many others. They all use factory key fob without additional...
Mazda Remote Start and MMS (Mazda Mobile Start) are optional factory accessories installed by the dealer and they’re crappy at best. Forget about Mazda Remote Start which features an extra key fob with a BIG telescopic antenna, and MMS which seems to be dead. Go get an aftermarket remote...
The metal bushing should be off from the stud. BTW there’re many different versions of rear shocks from Mazda for gen-1 CX-5. You could get wrong rear shocks. And I really doubt you can get a correct aftermarket rear shock top mount as Mazda doesn’t sell it separately (comes with the OEM rear...

If the Mazda part numbers are different, the exhaust manifold between auto and manual has to be different and isn’t interchangeable.
Yeh the CX-5 manual is rare, hence the used parts are harder to find. Why do you need a new long and heavy exhaust manifold though?
Mileage of the car and what kind of tires do you have? What is the tread depth of the tires?
Sometimes road force balance on tires may be needed depending on what kind of tires do you have.
As opposed to any other car manufactures, Mazda likes to give a range of torque specs instead a clear and simple one value. Here is the rear brake torque specs on 2017+ CX-5’s and your CX-9’s should be similar.
