My front passenger window failed on my 2010 as well. A friend of mine rolled it down and it never came back up. Dealer ordered a new window regulator, then decided they needed a new motor so the CX-9 was at the dealer a while waiting for parts. It made a little noise from then on, so a few...
I've poured through the manual and have not seen anything - which is why I started the thread. Do you know what the section might be titled?
In the 2013 manual it seems to be section 10-8, which my 2010 model does not contain.
I was reading in this thread about a page in the manual for 'personal preference options' that the dealer can configure:

Does anyone know if such a list exists...
Well, I brought it in and they are replacing the Passenger Front window regulator again due to a grinding noise. I wonder what the issue is, they replaced the regulator and motor about a year ago when it got stuck all the way down. We rarely roll down any window other then the driver side...
A quick search on google turns up similar complaints for other cars for people around that 110lbs threshold:

My 36K bumper to bumper warranty is about up on my 2010 CX-9 Touring. Any particular issues I should be checking for? So far the following as been replaced:
Seat warmer fire risk recall
ABS module replaced (TCS/DSC lights intermittently coming on)
Throttle Body (cx-9 was stalling while...
I decided to try and get mine replaced a 2nd time... I called Mazda Corporate Office, they called Dealer, Dealer called District Service Mgr. for approval.. That was Wednesday; called again, today - district service manager hasn't decided if they will replace again. To buy the part outright is...
I wonder when these crash tests were performed that they are compiling. I know in 2010+ models the headrests were modified to improve rear collision performance.
Another thread on new car A/C smell:
http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?123802767-Mildew-Smell-in-A-C-Vents
My 2010 had it, but it was more of a chemical smell than mildew. It went away; I think it was just the off gassing of plastic ductwork and other interior pieces.
I've found turning the trip computer onto the instant mpg feature helps me drive a little better. I accelerate a lot more slowly now, as I can see what is good/bad behavior by the readout.
...Then gas prices drop below $4/gallon and I'm back to my old ways :)
I thought the 20" rims made the ride harsh too, so I went for the Touring w/the 18"
Blind spot monitoring was NOT standard with the GT in 2010 - it was a $200 option. That being said, I didn't see any GTs on the lot without it, but it was an extra $200 on the window sticker.
Lucky you. I tried to get mine replaced a 2nd time and the only Mazda dealer in the area said no. They said I got the updated foam already.
Still debating driving 2 hours to the next closest dealer, run the risk of them not replacing it either.
I was curious, so I went to the dealer to get a quote for my 2010 FWD Touring. They told me $2510 to extend to the 7yr/100k plan (no deductible)! I mentioned a lot of folks around here were getting it for $1900, and they immediately caved claiming that was cost and they'd sell it to me for...
Do you have the Bose radio package? Mine is non-nav (aka no touchscreen), but with the upgraded Bose radio. My wife's iPhone can stream audio just fine. However, i prefer the cable - Bluetooth doesn't have the bandwidth necessary to stream music. The cable sounds better.
On the bottom of the fob is little lever you push, out comes the key. To use it, pop the cover off of the ignition switch by pushing the two tabs on either side of the cover.
The fob on my 2010 Touring also started working intermittently after 18 months or so. I popped in a new watch battery...
I thought the same, but the replacement has held up well. It still compresses/conforms to my elbow, but overnight it goes back to its original shape and is ready to go again. The replacement definitely has some different material inside of it. At first I was suspicious, but two months later...
