That's what I'm here for, but in all honesty even if you don't find them to make all that much of a difference you can still make back your money easily on those items depending on condition. They are definitely hard pieces to find in a dying market.
AWR makes a complete set of aftermarket engine mounts for the Protege. You can choose between 3 durometers and it has a lifetime warranty on the welds of the actual mount. This is in regard to the manual transmission Protege's, I've never seen aftermarket mounts for auto's but if you want a more...
IF there's ever a decision made and production started then this would be a reallly good option as well depending on how much HP/TQ you're end goal is.

And I linked you to the best option for that. You'll be running a piggyback, there's pretty much no crazy tuning going on when you're just modifying the stock ECU signals. Please just take a look at the thread and read up on what a piggyback does so you know what you're doing to your car because...
Well if you managed to get one then you're the exception because I've seen many people get a FS-ZE imported for the swap and they don't even come with the intake manifold. But regardless there is no point unless you have the supporting equipment to utilze the FS-ZE IM properly. If he wants a...
FSZE would be absurdly hard to come by and even if you did you would need to use it's ECU to take advantage of the better VTCS (or VICS can't remember) system.
Like Hornsfan said there are a lot of pre-made maps...

Most have had good luck with the Supermap but this is just of what I've read, never used an SSAFC or piggyback on this car. Either way, these are...
I prefer the MBSP as opposed to the oil pan because there is no back pressure from the MBSP. It allows maximum flow with no impeding of the oil return.
So what exactly is the issue? Is the oil draining slowly back into the pan? Could we get pictured of your entire setup because it looks like you almost have a horizontal oil return line. You'll need to figure out a way to get it at a steeper angle. Like FAUDMSP mentioned there is an AWR race pan...
.....are you talking about the oil return line for the turbo? Because looks like he has a MSP so he should have a line already on the windage tray, he'll just need to get the proper fitting for it. Either way, GLWS.
There is pretty much no place that you can get a "turbo kit" for the Protege's anymore. I know Speedcircuit has one listed but am not sure if he still has the steedspeed manifolds since they have been out of production for years now. Like Ryan said, depending on what you want to do is going to...
Vacuum leak, what service was the dealership doing? I would check all the vacuum lines and go from there. The protege manifold has 5 visible ports and 2 hidden in the middle of the manifold where there is a 1 way check valve. The big port on the back is the brake booster and the 2 by the fuel...

He's got everything included to make this work on your FSDE. It's a great upgrade (arguably the best) for this engine, especially if you plan on racing it. Just make sure you know how to adjust the oil pressure and set it up correctly.
Rally, I hope you plan on getting another one down...
