Yes it is based on your video. The oil leak from cracked head is from the back side of the cylinder head usually between cylinder #2 and #3. Just show the video to the Mazda dealer, and ask them to replace the head based on the Service Alert.

Huh? No, the TC change for CD changed the shift behavior. It actually makes it worse.

IMO it’s all because of the CD. The AT has different design on TC and several other components to fight against vibration caused by CD. See this TSB and hope whoever who has the 2.5L NA with CD that their AT won’t develop this chirp noise problem due to premature wear-out of the single clutch...

Actually once you confirmed that the ATF level is in the dot area of the dipstick by following the factory instruction, I imagine you can put back in the same amount you’d drained with no problems thereafter for the ATF drain-and-fill.
