just because something is fitting doesnt mean its good for the tire. stretched tires decrease the load carrying capacity of a tire, using smaller tires than your car came with and stretching means that tire is hurting
ISSUE SOLVED!
I moved the maf further before the recirc line and viola, issue is gone. Since I was currently running the filter on the MAF short ram style, I just hacked up the other half of my Injen, hooked it up backwards and now have the maf and filter attatched to it cai style

so Ive realized Im an intake mani, exhaust mani and s-pipe short of having all bolt ons done. with my mods at 9psi, is the HP to $$ ratio there to get those?
now boosting a solid 10psi :D
I installed an mbc last week, but adjusting wasnt doing anything. turns out when screwed in all the way, the fitting that goes to the wga blocks the spring from moving freely. Just screwed the fitting in enough so it doesnt interfere with the spring and its working...
from what Ive seen they dont care about the parts on the car. they just do the test. the carb issue only comes up if you are popped forthe mods and have to go to the state ref
if you have issues smogging, you can always find someone that will pass it
I say bring the car. Socal car scene is one...
definitely dont wanna do that. the shorter tires will rotate at a faster speed and the 45s will try to catch up to that speed, putting strain on the AWD system. thats why even the same 4 tires at a 1/4 difference is not acceptable. some awd systems are that sensitve to the rotational speed
on an awd car you wanna avoid using different tire sizes, tires of the same size but different brands/models or same size and brands but more than 1/4 inch different in treadwear
