as far as the "clunk" you're hearing, if its what i think it is, its an easy fix. pop your hood, and look at the tops of the struts. giant gold bolt, i believe its a 7/8" socket, or something close. tighten it until you hear or feel the strut start to move inside the body of the jic. rinse...

where did i say i was an undergrad? i've been certified as not only an editor with media composer 5 - 7, xpress, and xpress dv, but i'm certified to teach people how to use it. i finished my film editing school like two years ago bro. and yes, mt. brighton ******* blows.
