same thing here, went to dealership, they replaced with a new sd card, all good after that.

just paid US$135.75 for another 3 yrs map update to Mazda Connect this morning...

Interesting, the last map available was January 2020. Anyone have luck finding a newer map? It's 6 months already since the last one. Thanks.

i certainly will talk to the service manager in the dealership, perhaps they might give you a new original SD card. ps. SD cards, USB drives, Hard Drives and other electronic storage medium can go bad at any given time. good luck talking to the service manager.

if the battery is not holding the charge, chances are you might not be able to start your engine in the morning and or you can tell the starter in not that powerful, after parked all night.

alternator charging and battery holding charge... nice to know...

The North America map has only one for all the Mazda sold in both Canada and USA.

i was one of the unlucky few, got a card from a defective batch. but the dealer replaced with an original new card (16Gb) made in Japan, map provided by "Here". couldn't be more happier than that. https://www.mazdas247.com/forum/index.php?threads/infotainment-and-nav-sd-card.123870422/

mine is white, love it, visible to other drivers at all time. your car is for you to like and love only. not for others.

it took me 9 min to download, and 12 min to installed the map, after the toolbox installed. the only things we can do for a better download speed are our own gears, like better router, better desktop / laptop, and the service plan over 320 Mbps of download speed is better, use the "Ethernet"...
