i certainly will talk to the service manager in the dealership, perhaps they might give you a new original SD card. ps. SD cards, USB drives, Hard Drives and other electronic storage medium can go bad at any given time.

if the battery is not holding the charge, chances are you might not be able to start your engine in the morning and or you can tell the starter in not that powerful, after parked all night.
follow the instructions on the link and on the screen prompts. it might a little slow due to the computer's specs. but you will get it.

i was one of the unlucky few, got a card from a defective batch. but the dealer replaced with an original new card (16Gb) made in Japan, map provided by "Here". couldn't be more happier than that.

it took me 9 min to download, and 12 min to installed the map, after the toolbox installed.
the only things we can do for a better download speed are our own gears, like better router, better desktop / laptop, and the service plan over 320 Mbps of download speed is better, use the "Ethernet"...
