What's the best clutch/flywheel combo? Thoughts?

I've been running the Exedy Stage 1 with Spec Flywheel for several years now and it has not done me wrong.

    Car stumbles / bucks @ 3000 rpm

The stock plug is PZFR6F. They are Double Platinum with a .32 gap. If you are running copper/nickel plugs and want stock heat range, ZFR6f-11 will work. However, they come with a .44 gap. The MSP wants a .28-.32 gap, so you will have to bring the gap down a lot. Changing the gap that much can...

how much boost can it take

Careful man, the FSDE can not take much boost for very long. Plenty of them have gone boom at stock boost. The rods are weak as hell and the wrist pins are a crappy pressed in design. Unless you are ready to go forged, just forget about it. Sorry if this is not what you want to hear.

I have to remove MSP turbo

Even if it was the turbo, you can buy a new gt25r center chunk (without housings) from ATPTurbo.com for $730. By the time you buy everything you need to run the car N/A, you'd probably spend that anyway.

    Possible Cracked Exhaust Mani?

Have you checked the manifold bolts and manifold gasket? You may not need a new manifold. Take the heat shield off before jumping to conclusions.

Drove my MSP 2200 miles in 3 days! Lol

Interesting, I got around 35 mpg and was traveling at speeds of 75-80 mph. I guess that could have to do with my car being pretty heavily modded though. Because its a MSP I ran 91-93 octane the entire trip. 87-89 octane is not an option in these cars without complete retuning.

Drove my MSP 2200 miles in 3 days! Lol

Just got done driving my MSP from San Diego to Atlanta in less than 3 days. Also, I did it during this crazy heat wave we are experiencing. Most of the way the temps were over 100 degrees. I have to say it did a pretty good job. I did not experience any major issues. The only problem I had was...

    YellowSpeed Coilovers on MSP

Take a look at them and see if they are bent... Mine did within acouple days. They look like bananas now, lol. I guess mine could have bent right when I lifted all 4 wheels off the ground to install the adjustable ones. But, I knew they would be a problem. They should not be pressing against the...
