I just bought some Sherwin Williams Dimensions line is $25/pint and eh close, I think cause its just base/clear. The Ultra line is $135/pint and its spot on for a match being a tri-coat, color/mid/clear! Anyways there are other brands that you can get mixed to the color you need!

If your going to be using the 3M 1080 series vinyl then do not use the Wet Application Method. 3M does not recommend the use of a wetting agent with the 1080 series films! The metro restyling CF stuff i am not familiar with so I cant say if it is or isn't. Either way check out RAPID-TAC...
