Well, I adjusted my free-play and it didn't fix the issue. The issue is either the clutch or something internal to the transaxle...

I'm having a similar problem after replacing the master and slave cylinders for my clutch. I'll have to give this a try.

Haha, now years later my cooling fan relay is getting stuck closed. After I turn the car off, the fan is still running like it was a BMW or something...lol. I tap the fuse box, above where the relay is, and the fan turns off.

A few days ago I used needle-nosed pliers to lessen the gap in my spade connectors, and 1 and 4 are solid again. 2 and 3 don't work.

Well it is summer again in hot-ass Texas (temps have been over 100 F for over two weeks), and only the 1 and 4 settings work, with the AC flickering on and off.
