Toe-out will cause the contact patch to get pulled outboard. The inboard edge ends up in a constant slip condition.

I’ve got to think that much toe-out to cause that wear pattern would make the steering ungodly sluggish.

That might shift the CG rearward by a millimeter. It’s not going to be significantly different than stock.
