I bought 4 x NGK 94124. Wrong?

Anti-seize, the guy at Adv Auto Parts asked me my make/model before heading out the door then gave me a little packet of anti-seize compound.

They did match and set for local pickup. They did ping me with the Rock Auto shipping charge but still well worth it. $48.83 total.

Are these plugs ready to install or do they have to set like the old plugs (spark plug gap)?

Looks like I need to search for 94124 at Rock Auto for the NGK ILKAR7L11. Looks like Amazon is $11.00/ea. But Adv Auto will match at 50% off? 10.02 at Rock Auto but Adv Auto shows them for $19.79 ea.

Sorry, I've been doing those myself as needed. The labor for plugs is $189 and the plugs are $180 + tax. If it's just swapping out plugs I can do this myself. Just need to be clear on which plugs. The brakes are good yet so it sounds like the flush can wait until the brakes need to be done...
