    Protege5 exhaust upgrade recommendations?

Between those two options, I would do the Racing Beat Protege5 exhaust.

    Protege5 exhaust upgrade recommendations?

I would just get the Racing Beat exhaust, and skip trying to make an MSP system work. First, the MSP system will be too long, so it is not 100% bolt on. Second, the Racing Beat system will give you a bump in power, even if it's only worth a few horses. Also, Racing Beat systems are pretty...

    2008 CX-9 Issues and Questions

Can't help you with the keycard connections.... But, it looks like the aftermarket tow hitches can handle 400lbs tongue weight. Yours "Should" handle the mini bike, but you'll also want to add the weight of whatever you are using as a mount...

    Brake Booster - 2012 CX-9 Touring

Thanks. Warranty extension is for 7 years or 90,000 miles, whichever comes first. 2012 was 9 years ago, so that won't work. Our CX-9 has 175,000 miles, so that won't work either. I bit the bullet and made an appointment at the dealer to get the booster replaced. $500 all in. Seemed like a...

    Brake Booster - 2012 CX-9 Touring

So, I'm looking at having to replace the brake booster on our 2012 CX-9. :( Is there any possibility of removing the booster module without disconnecting the brake lines are the ABS pump? Or, should I just bite the bullet and pay a shop to perform the work?

What have you done to your Mazda5 today?

I always liked those wheels. Almost bought a set when I had my Miata, but was turned off by the weight compared to the OEM Miata wheels. I can't imagine they weight more than the OEM Mazda5 17" wheels.

2016~2023 Possible CX-9 Lowering Spring Option?

I suspect the rear of the CX-9 will be much heavier than the CX-5. The weight distribution is probably +100lbs per corner in the front, and +200lbs per corner in the rear.

What have you done to your Mazda5 today?

Those wheels look good! Try stepping down to a 205/45-17 or a 215/40-17 tire. OR a mild roll on the fender might help, too. OR OR a set of adjustable rear controls arms can help pull the wheel inward away from the fenders.

Seeking wheel guidance - 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege

My advice, get the sizes and specs for your existing wheel-tire set up, then navigate over to this website: https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/ Enter all your wheel-tire specs into the left column, add your vehicle measurements into the side bar on the far left, then add the specs for the wheels...

Seeking wheel guidance - 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege

Do you have any other suspension mods? The +38 version will push the wheels out a little bit more. In theory, they should fit OK with 215/45-17 tires, but you should be prepared to roll fenders or add more camber if needed.

Seeking wheel guidance - 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege

I believe the OEM Mazdaspeed wheels were 17x7 +42 offset? I was able to fit 16x8 +47 wheels on my Protege sedan back in the day... I would go with the 17x7.5 +45 and a 215/45-17 tire.

    2013~2016 CX-5 Drain plug...Allen vs Hex

As long as the part that threads into the drain pan is the same, and you can get a good seal with a new crush washer, you can put whatever you want in there.

Have A Newbie Protege5...What to do next?

Sorry, first model year in the US was 2007, and it was over 3100 lbs. https://www.caranddriver.com/mazda/mazdaspeed-3/specs/2007/mazda_mazdaspeed-3_mazdaspeed-3_2007/286298 The 2800 lbs curb weight is for the regular Mazda3, not the Mazdaspeed3, and it was for the base model 4-door...
