You'll be fine. The owner could have changed the oil somewhere that doesn't report to Carfax or done it themselves. And it's a CPO with almost no miles on it with a 7 year/100k powertrain warranty

The warranty is based on when you bought it, not when it was made. 5 years or 60k miles from the date/mileage of purchase
