I agree about the 17" wheels. They are probably a bit more robust as well as providing more cushion, and I find the handling is decent enough for me with the 65 profile tires. How are the floor mats? do they come in any color other than black?

If you NEVER change the fluid eventually you might have rust in the brake lines and cylinders, but it takes years for that to happen. I've heard it's best to change it every two years, but I think your local climate has some influence on how fast brake fluid degrades.

The cylinder head on the 2.5 engines is a different cylinder head than the 2.0L. The 2.5 cylinder head has thinner castings.

I picked up some Pennzoil platinum 5w-30. It was hard to find on the shelf because there were so many other grades. Initially I accidently picked up a 5w-20 but I put it back. For some reason Ford always recommends 5w-20, but I've read there's a big recall for GM and the temporary fix is 5w-30...

This might be why keeping my battery on a battery tender helps so much, the battery is chronically undercharged.
