Factory backup camera with aftermarket head unit

It could well be that the video wiring from the camera is reversed. See: https://mazdas247.com/forum/t/oem-backup-cam-with-aftermarket-stereo.123837355/#post-6278643

    Seat covers and dog mat

Not sure what's available in the UK, so a bit difficult to answer. I have the Mazda rubber mats in my cars and they're great. Others have Weathertech (but expensive and UK is a ?). There are other brands too (I forget what), but you'll see if you search the forums for "all weather mats".

2013~2016 Replacing CX-5 Driver and Passenger side mirrors

No, I understand your decision, it was @devisssss' statement that you should replace the whole thing just because of a mirror glass issue that I couldn't grasp.

Official 2026 Mazda CX-5 Pics and Details Released

Hmmm, well I'm glad they didn't go with the CX-60/70/90 body, which is is/are a fugly mess IMO. As for the chassis, it's a perfectly fine handling car. Why change a good thing?

2013~2016 Replacing CX-5 Driver and Passenger side mirrors

I'm confused here. A replacement mirror normally comes with the plastic carrier already attached, so you just need to unclip the old one and clip in the new (and disconnect/reconnect harnesses if necessary). Are you saying your would replace the whole mirror assembly (fairing, motors, etc)...

For automatic braking, does it stop the car or give a warning?

Yes, it warns first and it does try to stop the car if you don't brake, but no guarantee that it will stop in time if travelling fast. Also, it tends to have some false positives, especially if a car is turning off the road in front of you. See also: What Is Mazda Smart Brake Support...

    CX-5 Clunk

The classic answer for the is the lower control arm. I know you said you tested it, but take the wheel off and do a visual check anyway. Even then, there was a recent thread where the owner couldn't see anything wrong, but he eventually replaced the LCA and that fixed the issue. EDIT: See...

These have been available for a long time. See mikstoreph.com (Mazda iStop Disabler Kit) or Aliexpress, where they are probably available more cheaply.

Stabilizer links with OEM replaced - but weird now when driving

The sway bar is not locked to the chassis, but pivots in the bushings. So there is only torque when one wheel is at a different height to the other. If both wheels are at the same height (high OR low) there is no torque (twist) from (in) the bar.

Grounding Cylinder Head Test Results (2024 CX-5 Turbo)

In most cars (anyway) the alternator is grounded via the engine block, so ALL the alternator 'return' current goes through the ground strap(s). I had said: But this has now finally been answered by @AL Cx5's response below. If he'd said this earlier on, then given all that load on the...
