I don't believe it's by design. I tried it today again and sometimes the wiper would work. Works 100% of the time on the lower setting. Will have to get this checked out at it's next service. Was curious if others were experiencing the same thing.

I'm quite sure if you had the wheel put on a Hunter Road Force balancer, you'd use less weights however as madar mentions, it's probably due to the TPMS sensor being offset. Seeing the Red and Yellow dots so close together indicates the tire is fairly uniform in the high and low spot for that tire.

That does seem like a lot of weight. Is the yellow dot on the sidewall near the valve stem? Perhaps the balancer was off that day.

Along with the swap, I would think you have to consider the airbags in the seats as well as the seat belts. They may not be the same but you never know with the safety systems in the cars today.

Yeah, the signature wheels appear to be done in Hyper Silver over the standard ones used on the GT. I just wanted pictures comparing the two although I understand pics don't do the Signature wheels justice.
