they can't give you a ticket if you're not speeding. and they are required to show you the radar they clocked you with if you request it. if they say they used another method which is subjective, it won't hold up in court.

heavy weight with low reps will make you stronger. so if you like power lifting and lifting lots of weight one time, that is the way to go. Body builders going for the cut look do lots of reps.

It's not good, but if you are just coasting you'll be okay if your not doing it all the time. But it is bad if you try to accelerate in a high gear at a low speed, you might warp something, but I'm not sure how these cars take it.

Gas is controlled by pressing the gas pedal. So I suppose you use a little bit of gas when you blip the throttle. But after that I would say there is no difference between braking in neutral or in gear. Either way you're not pressing the gas.
