sorry I just got off work i didnt read correctly why do you want to remove the pcv valve? How fast is the catch can filling up? are you losing alot of oil between changes?

is it a cheap oil catch can because the factory recirculates the vented oil into the intake to cut down on emissions or something like that and its obviously gonna be worse in a boosted car but correct me if I am wrong or this is not what you are talking about.
