I noticed the antenna from 2009 back is different from 2010 and later. My 2010 factory pre-installed has long antenna module and the wire has to be through a hole under the antenna into the ceiling.

You don't need to drill holes for Roof Rails. There are 2 covers on each side rail. Remove them to expose screws. I bought factory Roof Rails and it took me 15' to install.

Rain-X also did a good job for me when I replaced it on my old CX-9. A pair costs around $35.

Of course, if you go higher color temp, you get less brightness. The best brightness is about 4300K. But I think around 5000K is the best combination.

Or I think you we can change the bulbs.

I noticed the same on mine. I actually see ML350 has more WHITE than CX-9.

You may have a blown FUSE in remote start unit. See below bulletin for the instruction how to replace the FUSE. This bulletin is for 2007-2008 model, but the unit is the same for 2010, so I think it may work.

So, what do you want to add? Moon Roof or Bose? For what I believe, it's impossible to add Moonroof. It has to be done at time of assembly.

Only the one on center console (on the right next to small box) will be on/off with ignition. All others stay on all the time. Remember to unplug any high power device or you have to jump. I forgot my cooler running all night and had to jump start in the morning.

I only have SmartKey and Remote Start Key together. In home, it is in key holder and in car it is in my pants pocket. Whenever I want to start the car, I can grab the starter key from outside the pocket to push the button.

4300K or 4500K is the best light output. 5000K or 6000K is the best white output. These are what I know.

you can still lock the car with another key, but it will beeps about 6 times to indicate that there's key inside. My wife keeps her key in purse. Sometime, she left her purse inside the car and we walk out. I still can lock the car but with some beeps.
