    Maybe blown head gasket

It should take a skilled mechanic 5-6 hours to do the job, You will want to have the head machined flat while it is off. A shop will probably charge you for about 10 hours labor. If you can get the car up to scranton I would be willing to tackle to job for you. Pm me if interested

Differences between auto and manual motors

The engines are the same you will just need to swap the starter plate on the back of the motor and throw the flywheel on and bolt it in. Ive done it about 3 times now...... To save even more money find a 2000-2003 626 auto, and swap over all the accessories. I don't get why people need to chime...

Blowing lots of smoke almost Daily!!

Highly unlikely your turbo is bad, More likely is rings due to the PO running the car with no air filter, or valve seals. The poor gas mileage you are getting leads me to believe its the rings.

What is the cheapest motor to be done on a 02 MP5?

I would prefer to have them welded, I have a friend locally that can do that.

    clocking turbo

The exhaust side is easy, 6 bolts and the heads of the bolts press the housing off as they are coming out. the compressor side is held in place by a large snap ring. You will need a heavy pair of snap ring pliers to pop that sucker off. Some use modified needle nose pliers to get it off.

What is the cheapest motor to be done on a 02 MP5?

I've done it before for a member on the forum, digitalslacker is his name. He drove up on a saturday and left later that night all finished. At most it would take me 2 days. Last time I priced an engine locally it was $500 and I charge $500 to put it in, a little extra if you want any...

you can, You just need to drill and tap new holes in the compressor housing to mount the bracket as I did in this thread: http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?123784771-Is-it-possible-to-Clock-the-stock-Turbo/page2 Piece of cake.

Neutral Switch on Trans 03 MSP - Need Advice

Every G series trans that I have seen only uses one type of sensor there. Sounds like the threads are stripped out. JB weld may hold it in there but make sure you clean all of the oil out of the threaded area with some brake clean and give it a few hours to cure.
