What brand coils did you use and how did that work out

Did anyone here replace their ignition coils. If so what brand did you use and how is it holding up.

Highfive was it a mazda extended confidence warranty extension the one you purchased? If you got a third party warranty they don't like to approve anything. If you got a mec please let me know this would be bad news if even mazda's own extended warranty wouldn't cover this.

According to the napleton mazda website the psi for 18 inch wheels is 36 psi.

Hi, all. Would like to know if anyone has the part no. to the drivers side cx9 headlight socket and wire harness for the low beam. The one on my car fell apart when i was trying to change the low beam headlight bulb. All info would be greatly appreciated. The one i have is 07 cx-9.

Hi Andrewnds. Based on your answer i suspect that they just took the regular skyactiv 2.5 and slapped a turbo on it without upgrading the heads or the bottom end of this engine. As the other poster said mazda told him that there was a crack in the head. Makes you wonder what they were thinking...

How many miles does the vehicle have?, did you buy new or used? These are the things that should be considered when deciding whether or not to put money into it.

You can use either 3309 or Toyota T-IV transmission fluid. I use T-IV, much cheaper than the mazda stuff.

Just curious are these the same 2.5 engines that they use in the non-turbo cx-5's.
