Some manufacturers do tunes so they can sell different versions of the same car with different options and different horsepower. This is rampant in the computer industry where you can have the same exact machine but running at different MIPS. Of course, you have to pay more for more MIPS.

Change the tranny fluid now. Mazda upgraded the coolant to inhibit rust but I don't know what year they started using it. Somebody here will probably chime in.

Try resetting the infotainment system. It's a 3 key combo, search this forum for the sequence.

So they say but I've seen some posts on this forum of owners with post 2020 CX-5's having cracked cylinder heads. Possibly heads from 2020 runs were used on 2021's. They will probably broaden the extension if enough owners experience the problem and complain.

Wrong. The extended warranty for turbos is 10yrs/120,000 miles for coolant leaks at the cylinder head around the exhaust manifold (aka Cracked Cylinder head).

That's because on the Turbo's Mazda has extended the warranty.

If you don't want it to break pull up on the latch before closing and then when the console top closes release the latch. That way there's no snap pressure which will eventually cause the latch to break.
