At first glance they look pretty good. They're packaged exactly like the NGKs I had used previously, with each plug in it's own box and a cardboard tube around the plug threads.

I ordered a set on Friday, and they arrived today. There was an Amazon.ca listing for a set of four of these A-Premium plugs for only $26.49 CDN, so I figured I'd risk it (you know, for science 😄). I'll swap them out sometime this week. Hopefully they play nice with the JB4.

Wired AA and ACP can be retrofitted to some older models (2014 and up) by purchasing a kit and updating the firmware. The kit, made available sometime in 2019, includes an upgraded USB hub and wiring to support AA/ACP, and the firmware has to upgraded to version 74.xx.xx or later.

Touchscreen for HVAC and menu navigation would be a potential dealbreaker for me too. The rest of the car would need to be near perfect for me to overlook that.
