My air filter is is shot and so i'm thinking i'll just upgrade and get a cold air intake, preferably a cheap one if you got it, thanks, just message me or instant message me.

i'd rather not put on a belt myself, is it a bad idea to drive it to a mechanic about a mile away even though it's nearly impossible to turn the car? is it going to damage it anymore?

hahaha thanks for the obvious answer, let it be known, i'm not going to pretend like i know anything about this stuff, so what belt is it that broke? also...is it a bad idea to drive the car about 1 mile to the nearest mechanic to et a belt on there?

i searched the forums and looked online for a how-to on how to replace the power steering belt (i'll have to do the timing belt when i get some $$), and i couldnt' find anything. does anyone know something i could look at?

i think i've used every single time of engine cleaner/carbon cleaner that they sell. idk...it doesnt seem to help any at all. i was told by someone that it might be my torque converter

So here's the situation... Over the past few months i've noticed some problems with my stock '02 mp5 (it's an automatic btw): 1. rough idling (the car even sometimes shuts off completely at stop signs/redlights after driving a couple of miles from a cold start) 2. over reving/not shifting soon...

yes actually, i have noticed that it does that occasionally. the rpms will jump really high and i have to let off the gas to stop from redlining. any thoughts?

yea i had my transmission flushed about 3 months ago at firestone (i had a coupon heh).
