well the iat is connected to the maf anyways...so wherever the maf goes...the iat goes

pickup this months issue of TYP (i think thats what its called) i was just in barnes & noble today reading it, and they had a step by step install with pictures and everything for the pannauto fmic on a blue mazdaspeed.

ok so if i were to shorten it..get a small pipe and connect it to the turbo, then connect the maf to that, then a filter? is that right?

ok i have another question!! how come sometimes when i see in magazines, some people who have turbos, dont have any kind of intake on it? is it because theyre bigger turbos or something?

well i just thought about moving it because i was gonna see if i could do a bov open vented without the dual setup without it stalling..or am i just crazy?

would the maf melt? being that its plastic (i think) and against the hot turbo?

lol i love cars guys, i love everything about them! so youre saying it is possible to place the maf sensor at, lets say, right before the throttle body? or is the piping diameter different?
